I observe that the working language of this news reflector is a set of
generally mutually intelligible forms of English (American, British,
Australian or whatever).

I also see that from time to time the need arises to post in other
languages. May I suggest that in this latter case the author provides (where
practicable) at least a summary or indication of the contents of the message
in English?
