Hi Alan,
Not sure what the correlation is, but we're in the throes of a major snowstorm.
Expected accumulation 18-24". Some parts of the country it's nothing, but
here it's much more than usual; the infrastructure is creaking. Last time
this happened (12" on Christmas Day), we lost power for three days.
