Hi All, nothing much has changed on the solar front. The day has been quiet
with no flares and a background X-ray flux of about B5. The Kp index did go
up to 4 again for 3 perios, and is expected to stay in the 2 to 4 range over
the next few days. I dont expect that increase to have a great effect on
conditions at 136kHz. There is just the possibility that it may start to
increase absorption a little from Tuesday, though these low levels (4) in
the past have not produced noticable effects. The first signs of trouble
will probably be deep troughs on Steve's plots.
