Could you please tell me if you know any off-the-shelf (or easy to use)
amateur equipment that would be suitable for doing that (even if i still
have to customize the equipement) ?

Yaecomwood has what you are looking for. Check out FT-IC-TS-136K,
a nice handheld transceiver with 25,000 memories, 1MW output and an
integrated CFA antenna. Batteries included. Soft carrying case, DTMF
microphone and rechargeable battery + charger are available as optional
accessories...
