LF: 73kHz tonight.

Hi Dex,John and all,
The Kp index is up to 3 and its been a long time since it was high (lots of
decay ).  I think the chance of good propagation  tonight is poor,but it
would be interesting to find out. So I will transmit tonight from 2200 UTC
on 72.401, QRSS 120. I hope someone will be able to have a look and report.
