I have sent you a shot of acty taken on your freq,  direct because its too big for the reflector.
See what you make of it. The freq is correct and the shift looks right and the time is also good for grey line. 0830 z and 1712 z. It was recorded at 60 sec dot and that could be the problem if you were transmitting at 120 sec dot.
