Hello Dick and group,
downloaded both the 2nec4 zip-files and extracted them to D:\2nec4\.... But 
when i try to open a nec-file, i get this error-window:

Run-time-error. 399 :
Component 'MSFLXGRD.SAV_OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly 
registered: a file is missing or invalid

I'm running WIN-XP. Cannot find the file MSFLXGRD.SAV but the other
one MSFLXGRD.OCX is existing. What can i do?
