If anyone is looking for a low cost high current power supply, Mainline
(0870 241 0810) have some small SMPSUs rated at 12V / 25 amps for GBP16
or two for GBP30  including VAT.

I bought 2 of these and during a quick check they appear to be noise
free on 136 KHz.
