Hello all,

Dave (G3YXM) drew my attention to a bug in QRS v3.10 : if the fast CW
identifier at the beginning of the was activated the identifier was
repeated endless.
This bug has been cured in QRS v3.11 and this version is send to LWCA,
G3YXM and NL9222. On request QRS v3.11 can also been sent to you by e-mail.
My appologies for any inconvenience that might have been caused.
