FCC's Office of Science & Technology has approved a request for an Experimental 
license on 166.5, 440, 470, 480 and 495 khz, with 200 watts ERP (!).  Station 
WC2XSR is authorized at 36 locations across the US, as requested by the hams of The 
600 Meter Research Group.
