Update to previous message.

The S/W worked first time I connected it to the DDS source, and there is now a
5 Watt test transmission going out on 137790.00 Hz which will continue the
rest of this evening.
Use Argo on 60s dot interval centred on this frequency.   To decode, refer to
My and RIk's previous postings
