Hi Jon..
Concerning the programs capable working in stereo i have Sound Technology
software Speclab and SpecPro working that way.
[SpecRTA from their line does not go as narrow as 30hz - 4khz]
Commercial/expensive yes, but i i found a way to get out of that ;-)
