A friend of mines sent me the attached picture of his reception
of the SAQ transmission, but he is unsure he has received the
real thing, though the time of reception was in accord with the
schedule. Specifically, he is puzzled by the 20 or so Hertz of
mismatch between the nominal frequency and what his sound
card reported.

Anybody else noticed such a shift ? Perhaps his sound card crystal
is a bit off, though an error of roughly 1e-3 seems too big.
