LF: DBF39 off the air

Hi All,
I tuned to DBF39 on 138.83 to check signal levels about 16.50 utc and found it 
absent. Has someone flown a plane into it or is it under maintenance?
DCF49 on 128.93 is still there and as strong as ever.
