LF: Dashes on 135.923, DFCW

Hi all,

tonight since 23:30 and until 0:30 UT, on 135923.0 Hz I saw 8-minute groups 
of 1-minute dashes. The groups were separated by 45s intervals. Each dash 
again consisted of five 8s - 2s on-off dahs, followed by a 10s break. Signal 
strength was variable, around +4 dBuV/m in heavy QRN. Any claims?
Since 23:50, I am sending my callsign on 135922.15 Hz using 0.1 Hz shift 
DFCW, 60s -15s timing, approximately 80 mW EMRP.
