I wrote: I think this must be the lowest ERP transmission yet to get across the pond. I estimate about 200mW, but hope to get it measured this week. Jim kindly measured my field strength, and therefore my ERP from 9km away, and found it to be 140mW, so there is hope for those with a lot less than 1W ERP to go transatlantic with 30s dot speed.
