Maybe it is time to concentrate on 73 khz since we only have a couple of
years left to experiment and break some distance records!!!!
Too much time has been wasted on the transatlantic attempt and still no
VALID QSO. We can always go back to 136 khz.
For those in countries not permitted or cannot use 73 khz, xband is the
answer.
I have my tx built and ready and just need an antenna but unfortunately
I am too busy at present with other more important business.
For those equipped with a better than average antenna and 1w erp and a
tail wind you might even make it across to W/VE.
Perhaps we ought to encourage more activity across EU and the Middle
East, on 136 khz and 73 khz(xband) It would be more interesting to get a
report from Baghdad or Cairo for a change.
