During maintenance periods at CFH it might be possible for Larry to use
the tx for a short time for amateur radio purposes, the tx is already
tuned within the band. It might also be possible for Geri
to use DCF39 during a servicing period, with a special licence to work
on its frequency outside the band, or maybe the tx frequency could be
shifted slightly into the band.
Larry and Geri could be the first across. The rest of us would certainly
hear them and work xband.
Depends on time of day/night but 7 or 14 mhz should be suitable. Some
suitably equipped might even be able to have a two way on 137 khz.
Anything is possible if you have the right connections !!!!!!!!
