Some new information from SSA news bulletin:

"The radio station in Grimeton will be active on the following times:
Jan 01 2000: 12.00, 12.30 and 13.00 UTC.
Jan 02 2000: 06.00 UTC.
Each transmission will last for approx. 10 minutes.
The frequency is 17.2 kHz and the call sign is SAQ.
Listener reports will be confirmed with QSL card."
