Hi All
Just found out that the Motorola DSP 56002 EVM Board ia availble from
Farnell for £114 plus VAT. This is considerably cheaper than the last time
I enquired about its price so have ordered another one for myself plus one
for work. It is also cheaper than other suppliers were quoting a few months
ago, but this may not necessarily still be the case. Some phoning around
may even get it under the £100 mark.
For anyone who wants to run experimental data modes this route is by far the
easiest way as there is a huge amount of public domain software available.
My 8 baud version of PSK31 (PSK08) is available only for this and unlikely
to make it to a soundcard version. The same goes for one ot two other
interesting data modes in the pipeline.
