I am confused by this announcement. From the date stamp, Stefan seems to be announcing that he will transmit on Saturday, but Markus reports him on Friday. Which day will Stefan transmit his carrier?

Stefan's signal in 46.3 uHz bins, 6 hours of signal starting from 20170127 20:00 UTC. QTH is Warsaw/Poland. Analysys is done using Paul's wonderful vlfrx-tools. The sound card is locked to GPS. VY 73
