Hello Horst, Roelof, LF! Yes, the NPT beacon transmit carrier on 506kHz, and CW on +1010Hz and -1020Hz. Using CW mode is better then AM, but I understand, you have not this possibillity on MV-62. Lub

Is NPT transmitting in A0/A1 od A0/A2 mode? Actually I am waiting for my SDR RX back so I just can receive with my Selective Level Meter MV-62 (and Mini Whip). As the MV-62 has no BFO it can just rec

Hello Horst, NPT-506 uses AM with a 1020 Hz keyed tone. It is quite weak, so I doubt you will be able to copy it in AM mode. 73, Roelof, pa0rdt
