There was also a 100 char message from Stefan
sent daily, 2017-01-13 to 2017-01-18 at 5170 Hz.

5 days stacked gave a 100 char decode at Bielefeld.
but would not decode at Todmorden (-4.8 dB).

The number of symbols (19520) may be the problem.
Try 8K19A (9744 symbols). It may actually decode
easier because a longer list can be used for the
same RAM.  Perhaps Wolf can advise what the limit is.
