On wednesday Graham G0NBD ran a ROS2 beacon to observe the daytime path between
Wallasey and Shetland. I didn't expect to decode much, because, as we've
already
discussed, the extra path loss imposed by the across land part of the path
(compared to the sea path between myself and, say, G3KEV) would make a massive
reduction in the received field-strength.
The signal from Graham wasn't visible on my main grabber waterfall at any time
duing the tests, that I could see, but I got many perect decodes, of course
some failed, but you can't have everything..
