Decoded fine the 20170226 transmission (text send offline to Stefan). the Eb/N0 is small probably because of some problems with the receiver (it says that 9984s, or almost 3h were padded), probably because i was messing with the gps reference signal.

Thanks Eddie, Jacek and Paul for the decode.
The message is correct :-)

Alex/RN3AUS will have to search for 3 EbNaut messages now, 8ch, 10ch and 4 ch
:-)

The normal carrier on 8270.005 Hz is still running. It will stay on the air
until the EbNaut message
begins.

The WX forecast looks good so i will try another EbNaut transmission. 12
characters, a critical
value on the path to Moscow but who knows, maybe the QRN is low... We will come
quite close to the
limit!

f = 8270.100000 Hz
Start time: Sunday 26.Feb.2017   18:00:00 UTC
Symbol period: 24 s
Characters: 12
CRC bits: 14
Coding 16K21A
Duration: 8h, 32m, 0s
Antenna current: 700 mA

This is beyond the decode skills of my PC but i assume that many of you will
have a better system
available. Alex has 8 GB RAM at least so it will be possible and i stay at
16K21A.
