I have notice interesting thing. If I replay then message goes
sucsesfully. But if I compose new massage then it does not go...

Hi, Group.

Few minutes ago I had QSO with Vlad on 20 meters. Reason of "notseeing"
seems is obvious! When Vlad increase PWR the suplaing voltage became
unstable. This case xtal generator drift about 500 Hz! Certanly nobody
can see signal...

Now all is repaired. Additional stabilisater is added and all seems OK.
Vlad will transmit QRSS3 on 136,1 kHz from 20-00 UTC to 04-00 UTC every
night.

Hope now Vlad will be seeing...
