Hi, Peter.
I should be able to listen until about
11.30pm, then I'll be switching to 137.777 kHz to listen for VO1NA and WD2XES.
What frequency and mode will you be using? If you can run QRSS, then I might
stand a chance of hearing ("seeing") you, even if you are running low
power.

Hullo Dave,
I am transmitting at the moment and have just returned from monitoring my
signal about 1 mile away. It sounds good on my portable rx but I
have my doubts if it will be heard at any great distance until after
dark. I'll be switching off soon but will make more tests from
around 10.30 pm.
Thanks for listening.

Dear Peter,
I'm looking now. No sign
yet...

I shall be making some test transmissions this evening around 502kHz.
Estimated 25mW erp with a very inefficient aerial/earth system. If anyone
hears me I would appreciate a report.
I am not yet in 'qso mode' as I have still to arrange Tx/Rx
change over switching.
