Hi All,

I have a "Decca Active Antenna" pre-amp & I was wondering if anyone had used
the pre-amp with an antenna other than the whip type which seems to be the
only one mentioned. I did try it with a small loop using a toroid input
transformer like the one recently discussed relating to the Burhans pre-amp
but that was a worse than useless with the Decca pre-amp.

If anyone has had any success with this using other antenna's & what form of
matching/couplng has beenI would be very interested to know. Please let me
know.

By the way, I saw a reference to an SAQ transmission taking place this
sunday in an e-mail on LW reflector, is there going to be a test?
