Paul Nicholson is also seeing this signal and has looked at it in some detail, concluding it may possibly be an intermod artifact:
Now your observation may cast a different light on that?

In addition to Chris, I am seeing a signal on 8969.957Hz around 10dB
above noise. Any takers?
