First over view of local OP32
decode 651 miles ........ this would seem
to show why OP8 seems to work , high %

New data added to the web linked reports
as well , this showing 10% of the signal
was 'not decoded' and at -24 dB would
support a ROS-MF-2
'rtty' qso

New Version OPERA , with FADE / Time line recording
Latest version provides a graphical indication of
the QSB/Fade on the signal along the time
line
with a % Fade indicated for each decode
, all other functions remain as previous
issues
there is no change to the Tx format
There seems to be a problem using IE to
download at the moment , FireFox or Chrome are
'ok'
