On the above site there is a design by GW3UEP for complete cw transmitters  25w and 50/80w using 8mhz resonators.  The osc/driver (501/504khz)

 is contained in a 4060 cmos chip and is adequately stable for cw work. Last time I bought the 8mhz resonators they were 2p ea. From Rapid Electronics.
