Dear LF Group,Looking at the Europe 1 web pages suggested by F1TAY, and if my understanding of the french is correct, the 183kHz signal is transmitted using a 4 element array beaming south west on a bearing of 220degrees. This would seem to favour propagation via a long path to ZL - is this consistent with ZL2CA's reception in the morning? The ERP of the signal going the other way over the north pole must be much lower. Cheers, Jim Moritz73 de M0BMU |
