At italab.it there are some nice  amplifiers suitable for MF.
The HF amplifiers spec lower limit says 1500 Khz but I have been in touch  with the Chief Engineer who says 472 Khz is not a problem if requested.
There is a nice selection and the price reasonable if you supply your own PSU and box etc
FETS used are MRFE6VP61K25H.
These FETS are available from other sources at around £100 each and will withstand a SWR of 65 : 1 very rugged. A good way to build your own AMPLIFIER
One device is capable of over 1Kw, check this info out on the web for more info about voltages, current etc
