It was late at night .. looking closely at the wspr on line data base ,
it states the frequency is the average of the spots ..AH ... I always had
assume that when you set up for tx the software announced your qrg via
the web
May be that is so, but it also takes a incoming spot and posts that in the
active list .... as you say a little wet out there , bit like Manchester ?
