LF: DK7FC EbNaut message on 8270.1 Hz decoded nr Moscow by RN3AUS

Hello VLF, Stefan!
I am glad to report that EbNaut signal DK7FC at February 10, 2017 06:00 UTC, frequency 8270.1 Hz, was successfully rcvd and decoded by RN3AUS. QRB=1900 km.
TX: 700 mA antenna current
RX: E-probe MidiWhip and NMEA+1PPS GPS disciplined sound card with SpecLab.
It is first message from DL to RU on VLF Dreamers Band!
