Mal, Thanks for the welcome and the information. I took a quick look at ARGO and it seems to get it's time stamp from whatever the computer clock is set to, which happens to be EST for me (UTC -5). I did not see a way to change it in ARGO without changing the main computer clock to UTC, so I'll just do the conversion myself and report it in the text portion of any future receptions. :-)
