VAC - will probably let you do that. You can set up several virtual sound cards and patch around on a virtual backplane
But why not get multiple sound cards and have all the flexibility of audio patching? You only need a low cost headphone dongle (although avoid the 99p EBay ones - they are seriously grim!)
Remember to isolate the DC on headphone output though - they often used a balanced output with +2V on the common headphone connector. Mic-In has a real ground though
