Ok Dave
Well , it was only just showing at the Birmingham
grabber and not at g4wgt who is about 25 miles to the
east of me , the signal was into the background noise ,
seemed to have a long script , but every time the call
came round so did the noise bursts , IO82TP was possible
.. but in the noise , you can rx anything hihi
may be it will return to nigh....... looking
at my page of random text i have g3uh ? and g3vh ,
the last letter J looks to be correct . I should of
recoded the audio on the pc .. may be the sender is not
on this reflector ?
tnx - Graham .

Hi,
Graham,
I
listened but couldn't hear it at this QTH. But then I have a high noise level
due to ADSL hash...

Who is running a qrp beacon on 503.3
... very low in to io83lk, some thing about 5 ..? .. watts and a
loop ae might of copied G0WSJ but could be wrong .. signal
is just showing at Birmingham .. not at G4WGT grabber and
very low in the noise at Wallasey .. ..looks like it
has closed ?
Beacon text is very long ... would be better with
simple vvvv test de gxxxx gxxxx gxxxx etc as qsb
and static kept knocking bits out of the text .... at least
it proved the rx set up works !
