Mongolias LF transmitter was a monster noise maker and made my LF listening 
problematic - but I was stationed on an old army barracks just a few tens of 
miles away  from the site -  some times something  would go wrong with the 
modulation/rf and you could hear it plus minus 50khz - I last heard it from 
China a few years back but ill check from here -  I thought used to be on 
264khz but perhaps not now and shown on 209 as Dennis states. Sure is getting 
less crowded down there...
