What is shown on the web-eloran will be implemented for a back-up to GPS. Why build and test a brand new system for back-up when the "old" loran C did just fine? They ain't scuttling nothing...

Markus; I can clearly see the 74.3199554 clearly even on Hartmut's grabber right now! I would think for the system to work all the stations will be needed-in activated mode?

Markus; Wildwood loran c station was to be scuttled
and property turned over to the US Fish and Game authority. The
agency was to use the property as a bird sanctuary. No birds allowed
just yet, I guess!

Markus; Strange they would be running that equipment that was
supposed to be turned off as part of Obama's cost cutting. I believe the
hub of the operation was the big gun here 5 miles from me. If they light
that back up I'll go over for a visit!
