It looks like me! I just started transmitting at this time. It takes half hour for freq to settle down to 74.5495. When first on I am about .1 hz high. I would say yes it is me. I will be back on at 2330 every night I can. Tonite I should be on at 2330 till 0500.
Keep listening-conditions should start to come back again soon-Bob WG2XRS/4 [XRS4 on QRSS 60].
