Some fading now Bob- but Yes overall to date 74kHz has been better here than 137 this season to the dodgy path to the East coast area (ish) but this hasnt been a good year so far...
27-30kHz looks pretty good actually - Ive a couple of signalling systems but overall not too bad. Ive opened up the VLF wideband to around 41.5kHz - TFK appears off but NAU on circa 41.3kHz is making an appearance - JJY on 40kHz never really disapears and is my most stable time signal as 60khz is a little busy :-) If you look at the link youll see some occasional wideband colorful noise up at about 37kHz - these are from my garage lights that are high efficiency "RF" baluns to cope with the low temps here. Im also running Arc lights some times in the garden as Ive managed to continue nighttime deck construction given the dry conditions here -

Laurence;
I just saw that and read my call. Finally back into your grabber. Nothing all season on 137 but 74 seems to do better-what does 27-30 kHz look like up there?Bob
