I have  been  sending  since  2100 z  , but  no  decodes  as  far  as  I know , but the  psk  map  is  still  off  line , and  ros  will  not  store  the   web  text

  Yes, PSK Map seems to be off line at the moment.

Will make some test calls in ROS-MF-2 Mode tomorrow beginning at 21:00 UTC.
