I use YaND (Yet another Navtex Decoder) by Dirk Claessens, as mentioned
by Jan PA3ABK in another message here..
It is very good, and has extra features for automatically identifying
the station being received, collating reception reports etc etc.
It is available here:
http://users.telenet.be/NAVTEX/YAND/
as well as from the files section of the Yahoo group "Navtexdx"
I would recommend trying it!
