Thanks BobWe had a strange signal appear this morning on 137.7 ish at 2210 z thursday when a cw sig appeared on the band, changed freqs by a number of 100's Hz then dissapereared - the signal had qsb but peaked s4. Wonder if anyone was testing - and yes it was daylight!
