Thanks a lot Paul, it's good to see your reliable decodes.
 
The carrier data is helpful, and we can see that some irregularity must have occured before 12 UT. Interestingly my Loran-C monitor, which is also fed by the same GPS device (an old Motorola 8-channel Oncore), lost lock twice around that time. I may have to do further investigattions on GPS reception reliability during VLF transmissions. I suspect the problem might have been a combination of RF noise from occasional partial discharges and unfavourable satellite visibility.
