Thanks Jim. We'll have to give this a go next week.

Hi Rog

Run the WSJT7 programme and select wspr mode

If you receive a signal in the window using the spectrum display click on it and click decode

When you have callsign and locator decoded in the main window, enter these in the relevant boxes and then click on gen stnd msges on the right hand side and it will enter the right text for each message on TX1 to Tx5

If the sending station is “going first” then you send the 2nd/4th messages and 73s after each is how I see it.

CQ is message 6

A lot quicker than QRSS but do watch out for the Witchfinder General as he will burn you at the stake!!

With best regards

Jim

Gary/Jim/Jim,

Not having tried WSPR in QSO mode, can you clarify the method/procedures used please? Must give this a try too.

Hi,

If there is someone interested out there I am running WSPR 2 way tonight on
503.600 kHz, dial set at 502.100 kHz USB.

Please look (monitor) for my signal. Reports & replies/calls will be
