Post the ros-tests here may be a narrow version of the Ros data
mode , but it looks like it will have to be 100 Hz and not 125 Hz or no
one will be able to use it (on 500) .. assuming the little problems
are resolved , it will also run on hf and take much less space ...
Beacons may be able to run the eme mode as is ?
(eme is a live keyboard chat mode .. but only 1 baud, the new
'hf/mf' version will be faster. if its coded)

In the US there is no amateur allocation only "Experimental
Licenses" issued under Part 5 of the FCC Rules (Amateur is under Part
97 of the FCC Rules). Each Experimental license is unique, it is up to
the applicant to request frequencies, power, modes, and bandwidth, it
is up to the FCC to decide on a case by case basis if there is
adequate justification for the request. The 500kHz license
application that I filed (WE2XGR) specifies up to 1kHz for data and
also allows for ssb. The WD2XSH license filed on behalf of the ARRL
specifies cw and narrowband data (PSK, WSPR) only.
