Dear LF Group,

Thanks for the reports overnight on the 136kHz beacon transmissions - It has been a while since previous T/A beacon activity from M0BMU, so it is good to see that the signal is getting out. The beacon was shut down at 0712utc - I have to lower the antenna to its normal height before daylight so the neighbors don't see it!

For information, transmitter power is about 900W from a modified "Decca" PA. The antenna is a 60m span of wire, which is normally 10m or so high on average; last night the centre of the span was raised to 16m, making the average height about 13.5m. Antenna current was 4A. Based on measurements on similar antennas in the past, I estimate ERP to have been about 0.7W.
