And i wrote an email to PE1NNZ and asked to a modification of the C-program to generate a signal with 4x higher FSK shift. Then it it would be possible to use that version for OMs having a divide-by-4 stage in their PA (to get a perfect 50% duty cycle and rectangular shape (after passing optocouplers etc)). This would be a safe way to drive my QRP PA, testwise of course...

I have written such a program for windows (actually you can set the devider ratio to any number between 1 and 100).
That way any HF TRX can be used to gerate a MF (or LF) WSPR signal with a simple CMOS ot TTL divider IC.
If anyone is interested just let me know ...
